Since the launch of the new ECLIPSE 3, SeQual have released an upgrade patch for previous versions of the Eclipse Portable Oxygen Concentrator making it the most versatile oxygen concentrator on the planet.

THE BENEFITS

3 extra settings above setting 6 on "pulse flow" If a patient is prescribed a high flow rate of oxygen but needs that little bit more to maintain their SATS, this upgrade would be essential. The upgrade would allow the Eclipse to delivery up to 192ml of Oxygen per breathe.

Upgraded Breath Detection System Normally If the Eclipse does not detect a breathe within 30 seconds on "pulse mode", it will automatically switch to continuous flow. However with the upgrade, under the same scenario, the Eclipse will automatically switch back to pulse flow therefore not needing to touch the machine

Alter the speed of the "pulse" On pulse flow it is now possible to alter the rate of delivery of each "shot" of Oxygen to meet your respiratory needs. Depending on your breathing rate or just down to comfortability, this feature can be very beneficial in maintaining SAT levels.
